Role Overview:
The Retail Marketing Manager will oversee the marketing strategies for Premier Mobiles Ltd (Trading as Top Mobiles & Accessories), a mobile phone retail and repair shop. The role focuses on promoting our products (new/used phones, accessories), repair services, and ensuring our marketing efforts drive foot traffic, online sales, and service bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales of mobile phones, accessories, and repair services.
- Manage local advertising campaigns (flyers, posters, and in-store promotions) to increase foot traffic and service bookings.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure consistent brand messaging across Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns targeting potential customers for both retail sales and repair services.
- Monitor sales performance and customer engagement, adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.
Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or retail management, preferably in mobile retail or service-based industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, especially for mobile retail and repair services..
- Ability to analyze marketing data and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Sales & Business Development Manager

Role Overview:
Premier Mobiles Ltd is a growing mobile phones and accessories retailer. We sell smartphones, accessories and offer repair services. We are expanding and planning to open a second branch soon, so we are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to help us grow and support this expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales operations and meet sales targets
- Improve customer experience and store performance
- Develop new business opportunities (accessories, repairs, trade-ins)
- Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with repair technicians
- Assist in planning and launching our new branch
- Support simple marketing tasks (posting offers, new arrivals, updates)
- Prepare basic weekly sales reports
Requirements:
- Experience in retail, mobile phones, sales or business development
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of smartphones and accessories
- Ability to work independently and manage operations
- Basic digital skills (email, listings, social media posting)
Preferred:
- Experience in mobile repair environment
